In NSW and QLD, showers and storms will target the ranges and coast due to the combination of a cold air pool and humid easterly winds, with heavy falls expected. Isolated showers and occasional storms are expected in WA's southern regions due to unstable air conditions. The rest of the country will remain dry under the influence of a high-pressure system..
