Additionally, the eastern seaboard and the northeast of the NT will experience more showers in humid easterly winds. In WA's southern regions, a front will usher in cool winds, showers, and occasional storms. Meanwhile, a high-pressure system will maintain dry conditions across most other areas.

North Tropical Coast and Tablelands:

The weather forecast includes a maximum temperature of 29°C, a minimum temperature of 15°C, east to southeasterly winds at 20 to 30 km/h, a slight chance of a shower, and partly cloudy conditions with overnight temperatures falling to between 15 and 21.

Herbert and Lower Burdekin:

The weather will be partly cloudy with a max temperature of around 30, a min temperature between 15 and 19, light winds becoming easterly 15 to 20 km/h in the late afternoon, slight chance of a shower near the coast, and near zero chance of rain elsewhere.

Northern Goldfields and Upper Flinders:
