Monsoon Update

Ex TC Lincoln is crossing the coast new Carnarvon now as a low and that will take some rain across WA to the SSW. Unfortunately none for SA.

National

Showers and storms affecting northeast NSW, QLD, and the northern tropics. Storms and heavy rainfall in WA's west as a low-pressure system moves inland. South regions experience settled and dry conditions due to a high-pressure ridge.

State

An upper low in the northwest brings rain to the east, weakening and moving southeast. A coastal trough causes heavy rain, potentially shifting southward. Troughs over southern Queensland and New South Wales may reach the east coast, while a coastal trough off southeast Queensland causes unsettled conditions.
