New rules!
Couldn't get to the dam in your turn? Leave your token there, forces the play to stay on that wind direction, but any tokens you earned are fair game to others!
Select a card but still roll the blue and red die, add the card rain value to the rolled value.
No mountains on the wind direction select? Roll the green die twice and collect one dam token.
