This high will be taking its sweet time moving east next week, so expect those gusty winds to stick around for a bit. But wait, there's more! A trough will be making its way across far southern and southeast Queensland, bringing with it the potential for some stormy weather on Tuesday and Wednesday. Don't worry, though, it should start to weaken by Thursday. And just when you thought it couldn't get any more exciting, a new high will be swooping in from the southern Tasman Sea on Wednesday, keeping that ridge along the east coast going strong for a few more days. So, stay safe out there and hold on tight during these stormy days and heatwaves.

NSW and ACT:

So, it seems like Mother Nature is feeling a bit moody lately, with a high pressure system and a trough teaming up to create some toasty temperatures in our area. But don't worry, things are about to get interesting as a cold front swoops in from the south on Monday and Tuesday, bringing some much-needed cool relief and wet conditions. After that, we might have a couple of weak troughs hanging around, just to keep us on our toes. So, be sure to stay safe and prepared for any storms or heatwaves that may come our way. VIC:

Looks like Mother Nature is about to throw us a curveball this weekend with a high pressure system causing some hot and stormy weather. Don't let the next high pressure system catch you off guard as it crosses the State, bringing more heat before moving away to the east. Get ready for some wild weather as a high pressure system in the Tasman Sea is causing a northerly airstream over eastern parts of SA. Meanwhile, a trough and low pressure system in western parts of SA are making their way eastwards on Sunday. Just when you thought it couldn't get any crazier, a new high will be moving into the Bight early in the week. So, brace yourselves for storms and heatwaves and make sure to stay safe out there!

WA:

Looks like Mother Nature's throwing a tantrum up north with that broad low pressure trough. Stay safe out there, folks - it's gonna be a bumpy ride with potential storms and heatwaves. Remember to take precautions and stay hydrated during these extreme weather conditions.

TAS:

Well folks, brace yourselves for some wild weather coming your way in Tasmania! A trough is making its way towards the west, set to sweep over the state on Sunday and hang around the northeast on Monday. As if that's not enough, a high pressure system is lurking over the Bight, extending a ridge towards the south of Tasmania on Monday. This means a southerly airstream will be blowing through the state into early Tuesday. But wait, there's more - the high center is expected to move over Tasmania on Tuesday and Wednesday. So, batten down the hatches and stay safe out there as you navigate these stormy conditions and potential heatwaves!

NT:
