National
Well folks, it looks like we've got a high chillin' in the Tasman Sea, keeping things ridgy over the state. This high is gonna start slacking off and heading east on Saturday, so say goodbye to that strong ridge. A trough and some wimpy clouds are gonna saunter east across southern Queensland on Sunday and Monday. By Monday, the trough will hit the southeast and hang around as it loses steam on Tuesday. A fresh new high will strut its stuff across southern Australia on Monday, eventually reaching the Tasman Sea on Tuesday to keep that ridge going strong. But wait, there's more! The high will make moves to the east starting on Wednesday. Keep an eye out for a potential new trough sneaking its way east across southern Queensland starting Thursday, finally peacing out by the following Saturday. Time to dust off those umbrellas, folks!

The high fire danger rating in these areas means that caution is advised when it comes to any potential spark or flame. Remember, wildfire is not a game - it's a serious threat to both lives and property. So, let's not add fuel to the fire, both figuratively and literally. Stay safe out there, folks.
