National

Moist, unstable winds will develop, causing rain to scatter across New South Wales, southeastern Queensland, and eastern Victoria, with heavy downpours expected in southeastern New South Wales. Meanwhile, a high-pressure system will clear most showers from southwestern Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania, keeping much of the remaining areas dry. However, an approaching front will bring a burst of rain and humid winds to southwestern Western Australia.
