A cool and unstable westerly flow will bring showers and storms to southwest WA. Humid onshore winds will send showers to Queensland's east coast, while remnants of a moisture band will bring showers to northern WA. Moist southerly winds should cause showers over the coasts of NSW and Victoria. It will be clearer elsewhere.

North Tropical Coast and Tablelands:

Max temperature: 26°C, Min temperature: 12°C, Wind speed: 20-30 km/h, Wind direction: East to southeasterly, Rainfall: Slight chance, Other: Cloudy. Medium chance of showers near the coast, slight chance elsewhere.

Herbert and Lower Burdekin:

Max temperature in the low to mid 20s, min temperature between 12-17, winds southeasterly 15-20 km/h becoming light in the evening, and partly cloudy with possible overnight temperatures falling.

Central Coast and Whitsundays:

The maximum temperature will reach 25°C with a minimum of 7°C, winds will be south to southeasterly at 20 to 30 km/h, with no rainfall expected, and it will be sunny with temperatures between 19 and 25°C during the day.

Peninsula:

30°C max temperature, 16-20°C min temperature, 25-35 km/h winds changing from east to southeasterly, medium chance of showers, partly cloudy with temperatures dropping overnight.

Gulf Country:

Maximum temperature around 30, minimum temperature between 13 and 19, southeasterly winds 25 to 40 km/h, partly cloudy with some rain.

Northern Goldfields and Upper Flinders:

The weather forecast includes a maximum temperature of 29°C, a minimum temperature of 8°C, southeasterly winds at 25 to 40 km/h, and mostly sunny conditions with overnight temperatures falling between 8°C to 15°C.

Capricornia:
