Scattered showers will occur along a moisture band from northern WA to northeast NSW. Cold and brisk southerly winds will bring showers to Tasmania, Victoria, southeast South Australia, and New South Wales. Southwest WA will experience gusty showers due to a cold front. The southern interior will remain dry due to high pressure.

North Tropical Coast and Tablelands:

The weather forecast includes a high of 28°C, low of 12°C, easterly winds at 15 to 25 km/h, and a partly cloudy day with a medium chance of showers near the coast and a slight chance elsewhere.

Herbert and Lower Burdekin:

The weather forecast includes daytime temperatures in the mid to high 20s with light winds becoming east to northeasterly, a slight chance of a shower in the north, near zero chance of rain elsewhere, and overnight temperatures dropping to between 12 and 17 with a partly cloudy sky.

Central Coast and Whitsundays:

Peninsula:

Northern Goldfields and Upper Flinders:

The weather outlook includes maximum temperatures of 26 to 31 degrees Celsius, minimum temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees Celsius, winds at 15 to 25 km/h shifting to east-southeast directions at 15 to 20 km/h, and partly cloudy skies with a slight chance of showers in the southwest and near-zero rainfall elsewhere.
