Here we follow the trails of Jasper. My long range picked the monsoon pulse for the West to be end of Nov, and for the East around the first to second week of Dec. That was over 3 months ago. I popped my forecast guess into the comp for Nov 23rd to 30th, I had expected a cyclone in the west first. I have popped my crossing forecast in an earlier blog as around St Lawrence late on the 12th.
